(1) For all authors: Includes publication of up to 2 papers, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, proceedings, gala event,  tutorials, YP/WICAS/DEICAS Event.
(2) For student non-authors: Includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, proceedings, tutorials, gala event, YP/WEICAS/DEICAS Event. Cannot be used to cover the registration of papers.
(3) For non-authors: Includes only access to tutorials, coffee break and lunch during the tutorials (November 18th, 8h-14h). Cannot be used to cover the registration of papers.

An accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore only if the following
condition is met:

• The full-fee (which can be the fee of Society Member, Member, or Non-Member, but not Student or Tutorial Only) registration payment for one of the paper’s authors is received and correctly processed by October 1, 2024
• Not meeting the above requirement results in the paper to be flagged as “no show” and removed from publishing in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore.

By registering for the ICECS2024 Conference, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

• To register for the ICECS2024 Conference, delegates can register through the portal.
• If you are registering via Bank transfer, please complete the registration form and send to ieee.icecs2024@gmail.com.
• None of your payment details are stored by IEEE ICECS
• Any request to change your registration must be emailed to ieee.icecs2024@gmail.com. Please note that registrations made via wire transfer can not be refunded only transfered.

Audio and video recording is strictly not permitted during the Conference.

You agree that IEEE ICECS 2024 and the Confrence Center Prouvé are not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury, or any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or economic loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, exemplary or punitive damages).

You acknowledge and agree that in respect of your attendance at the ICECS2024 Conference:

• You may be photographed, filmed or recorded
• IEEE ICECS 2024 can use and disclose your name and image in any material in connection with the Conference

• By credit card (in EUR)
• By bank transfer (in EUR)
  • If using bank transfer method, please email ieee.icecs2024@gmail.com with the registration form. Request to pay via bank transfer can NOT be made after October 1st.

Every bank transfer must mention IEEE ICECS2024, the name of the participant and paper(s) ID(s).

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by October 1, 2024. No refunds will be allowed after this date. Cancelled papers won’t be included in the proceeedings. There will be a cancellation fee of corresponding to 50% of the registration fees deducted from each refund.
A paid registration can be transferred to another member of the same company up until October 1, 2024.
